the exclusive amenities provided were outstanding and met all of my needs. the service was impeccable, the spa & wellness center and sauna were a wonderful way to relax, and the restaurant served a delicious continental breakfast. the location advantages added to my experience as I had easy access to stunning nearby attractions. The hotel lobby is a stunning mimic of the Guggenheim, creating a unique and artistic atmosphere. We enjoyed a comfortable room with a museum view, and the gym, steam, and sauna area were excellent, with no crowds. The breakfast and dinner options downstairs were also fantastic. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very clean and had great facilities, including valet parking and a delicious breakfast buffet. Its location was perfect, just across the street from the city's famous museum. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Transportation was very convenient, as there was a bus stop just a two-minute walk away.

Opposite an iconic museum, luxurious facilities, excellent customer service, and a delicious breakfast on the terrace. Our stay was amazing despite minor inconveniences like poor TV signal and noisy cleaners. Overall I recommend this hotel for an lovely experience.

Our stay was exceptional. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city's sites, including the Museum of Fine Arts, which had a great collection. We enjoyed the stunning view of the Guggenheim museum from our clean and comfortable room. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast had a lot of variety.
The dining options were quite limited, with no vegetarian or vegan options available.

Great location near a popular museum and the water. Rooms are luxurious with comfortable beds, spacious showers, and glass walls. The staff is friendly, polite, and efficient. Rooftop terrace and ground floor cafe are worth visiting. Breakfast is delicious, although a bit pricey.
